We are fully committed to protecting your privacy in strict compliance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.1 - Privacy), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable global data security standards.

2. On-Device AI & Zero-Data-Retention (Apple CoreML Acceleration)

For applications leveraging our iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS SDKs built on Apple CoreML and Metal Performance Shaders:

• Edge AI Inference: Where supported by device hardware, AI processing occurs entirely on-device within the Apple Neural Engine (ANE). No prompt text, media frames, or audio streams leave your device.
• Zero Server Data Retention: For cloud API calls, user inputs (text prompts, source images, audio samples) are processed statelssly in RAM and purged immediately upon inference completion. We do NOT store or retain your raw creative inputs.
• No Model Training on User Data: NanoAgent LLC explicitly guarantees that your private prompts, generated images, generated videos, or voice clones are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public AI models without your explicit, written opt-in consent.

3. Information We Collect

We limit collection strictly to information required for account authentication, billing, and technical support:

• Account Data: Name, business email address, corporate entity details, and hashed authentication credentials.
• Billing Data: Payment details processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. NanoAgent LLC does not directly store credit card numbers.
• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized API telemetry, system status logs, latency metrics, and crash reports to maintain our 99.99% SLA.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

NanoAgent LLC does NOT sell, rent, or monetize personal user data or AI assets to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or analytics agencies. Data may only be shared under the following limited circumstances:

• With cloud infrastructure providers bound by strict confidentiality and GDPR data processing agreements (DPAs).
• When mandated by valid legal process or court order.

5. User Data Rights & App Store Compliance

In alignment with Apple App Store developer requirements, every user possesses full control over their data:

• Account Deletion: You may request complete account and data deletion at any time in-app or by emailing privacy@nanoagent.app. Deletion is executed within 7 business days.
• Data Export: You can download a complete archive of your account settings, transaction history, and API usage metrics.
